The university also provides medical insurance that covers all Deraya students, faculty, and staff members through the “Medright” company. This service is provided through many hospitals in various locations all over Egypt.
Deraya’s College of Dentistry has a Dental Clinic where patients have received the required treatment.
Offers on-site physiotherapy for students, staff, and faculty, and also it is available for all community citizens.
The University Pharmacy provides prescription services, treatment, and medication.
After the announcement from WHO to expand eligibility for doses of the COVID-19 vaccine, our on-campus vaccination and testing center offered the vaccine. All authorized vaccines in Egypt are proven safe, effective, and of high quality and are administered at no cost. All employees and students, regardless of health care coverage, are eligible to receive the vaccine.
- Eligibility: Anyone aged 18 and over can receive a first, second, or third COVID-19 vaccination.
- You will need your National ID to take the vaccine.
