To be the leading university-based research center for excellence that will effectively contribute to new knowledge, discovery, and innovation nationally and internationally and endeavor for scientific, technical, economic, and cultural cooperation between Deraya and other universities.
To create an excellent environment for scientific research for faculty members, researchers, and students alike to attract highly capable researchers and provide opportunities for students and researchers from Egypt and neighboring countries to pursue their research with international standards. Additionally, it offers community activities and services to improve the social and economic status of Minya and the national community.
