The department of graduate affairs in Deraya University organized a workshop for the faculty of pharmacy students, entitled “How to Successfully Pass a Job Interview”. The workshop took place in the Faculty of Pharmacy building, on Tuesday, November 3, 2020.

The workshop was delivered by Dr. Nesiem Gad, the training manager in SEDICO pharmaceutical company. The workshop was attended by Prof. Mahmoud Elrehany, the dean of the faculty of pharmacy, and plenty of faculty members and undergraduate students.

The workshop discussed how to prepare a qualified pharmacy graduate, and the requirements needed to pass a job interview at a pharmaceutical company. In addition, the workshop introduced the job description of a medical representative, and the required qualifications and courses to secure such job. Finally, the workshop covered different types of job interviews, as well as the importance of body language during an interview.
