Under the supervision of the English Unit at Deraya University, the Professional Development Committee at the NileTESOL association held a workshop entitled “Various Forms of Feedback, Assessment and Error Correction” at Misr Library in Minya on Saturday 5th November.

In this workshop, many professors and teachers of the English language, from different universities and schools in Upper Egypt, participated along with the academic faculty of the English Unit at Deraya University.  

This cooperation represents a special importance to Deraya University whereas the continuous professional development of the standards of teaching the English language is a priority to the faculty members in Deraya University to achieve the best level in teaching the English language, which is the main teaching language in the university, to the students.

NileTESOL is a professional association that aims to develop the teaching of English and the teaching of scientific contents in English in Egypt and globally. NileTESOL is funded and supported by The American University in Cairo’s School of Continuing Education (SCE).
