Because Deraya University is so keen on encouraging her students to engage in sports activities, the university hosted a celebration on Tuesday 29^th, 2019, to celebrate outstanding students in football, volleyball, chess, table tennis, athletics, and fitness where the distinguished students in each field were given valuable gifts. The celebration was attended by the University Vice-President for Education and Student Affairs, the Faculty Deans and Vice- Deans, faculty members, and the Student Welfare Office staff.
