Deraya University finished putting the final touches on all the plans, programs, and all the other arrangements that ensure the regularity of the study in preparation for the new academic year that will start on Saturday September 21^st, 2019. These preparations focused on providing a healthy motivating educational atmosphere to the university students, old and new.

Hence, the Student Welfare Office at the university, in cooperation with the Public Relations Office, organized an induction day to the new students on Thursday September 19th, 2019. The office also provided all the possible amenities and care to ensure that the accommodation and transportation services offered by the university to the students are on the highest level. 

Prof/ Emad Hamdi Ghoz – President of Deraya University, pointed that the university diligently seeks to deploy all its available possibilities to guarantee the availability of all the motivating means for the educational process to create an appropriate academic environment for educational attainment and academic excellence for the students. Prof/ Emad also confirmed the completion of all the needed maintenance work, and asserted that all the halls, teaching rooms, laboratories, and all the requirements for the educational process are prepared and ready to receive and host more than 3500 students.
